Your sign-in information
Privacy policy · Updated 8 September 2026
ID by Streamline Quest provides a shared account for connected Streamline Quest products. This page explains how the account service at id.streamline.quest uses your information. Contact info@vipindev.com about this service or your privacy.
What sign-in shares
When you choose Google sign-in, Google shares an account identifier, your email address and verification status, and basic profile information such as your name and profile picture. We request only the openid, email and profile permissions. We do not request access to your Gmail, contacts, calendar or files, and we do not receive your Google password.
If you choose email and password, WorkOS manages your password, email verification and account recovery. The service also uses account identifiers, authentication records and session cookies to recognize you, protect sign-in and resolve access problems.
How the information is used
We use your sign-in information to create and maintain your ID account, display your account details, verify sign-in and provide account support. When you sign in to a connected product, it receives the identity information allowed by its sign-in permissions, such as your identifier, name, email, verification status and profile picture.
Each product controls its own permissions and stores its own product records. Signing in does not automatically share your progress, purchases or private content with other products. Read the product’s privacy information for how it handles those records.
Google sign-in information is used for these account and sign-in functions. It is not sold or used by this service for advertising.
Where it is processed
WorkOS processes identity, credentials and authentication sessions for us. Google Cloud hosts the ID portal and processes the technical request and security logs needed to operate it. These providers may process information in countries outside your own. Google also handles your Google-account authentication under Google’s privacy policy.
The portal uses cookies for sign-in and session security. It does not include advertising or analytics trackers. Connected products may have their own cookies and analytics settings.
Your account and choices
Your account information remains in the identity service while the account is active. To request access, correction or deletion, email info@vipindev.com from your account email address. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Security records and provider backups may remain after an account is closed; closing a product account does not automatically delete your shared ID or another product’s records.
You can remove Google access from your Google Account connections. This stops future access through that connection; it does not by itself delete information already stored in your ID account. Signing out of ID ends the portal session. Sign out from each connected product to end its session immediately.
